Production FlowChart

 

1.  All the raw material come to ourcompany will be tested by professional RoHS Inspection Machine(tocheck the metal component according the order''s qualityrequiement.), Environmental protection is everyone''sresponsibility.

 

 

2. Before massproduction, the pre-shipment sample of each order will be passed byEMC Testing System, Heater and Lumens & Color Temperature TestInstrument.

 

 

 

For EMC TestingSystem,   to check photoelectric properties of the lamp, andto attack the sheating material of the lamp by the high voltage of1500V or 3750V.

 

For 80°Heater, to inspect the electronic components''quality andLight Attenuation.(The material to be put in 80°Heater for 7days).

 

For Integrating Sphere and Illumination Test Equipment, to testthe lumen, color temperature, watts, electric current, powerfactor…… and illumination of the raw material and finishedgoods.

 

3. After passed the inspection , to arrange the massprodution in our workshop.

 

 

 

 

 

4. To arrange the shipment accoring to customer''sdifferent delivery.
